It was clean but overall poor communication, it took us 3 times to call for them to answer when we got there, the beds were rock hard, I was told check in was at 3pm but when I got there I had to pay $50 because “check in was at 5pm” also wasn’t told we would be staying with somebody else until we got there

The hotel was very busy, which is understandable, but the fact that we were on the 16th floor and waited 45 minutes for an elevator that never arrived was inexcusable. We had to walk down 16 flights of stairs with luggage and two kids, only to be told our breakfast was over and we had missed it.
